MORE TO EXPLORE...
ATRA has the ability to host virtual and in-person conferences using our online learning platform. This technology allows for immediate CEU and session evaluation processing, thus greatly reducing the time conference organizers spend engaging in these tasks. Please contact us at ceu@atra-online.com if you are interested in learning more about this service.
ATRA offers RT/TR continuing education application acceptance and transcripts verifying participation for programs that meet specific criteria. Please complete this ATRA CEU Application Form and submit for your upcoming Conference/Workshop/Continuing Education Opportunity.
Once you have completed this form, ATRA will review and will be back in touch with you to discuss the Pre Approval process, session information, and necessary items for issuing CEU transcripts. This process generally takes approximately six weeks prior to your Conference date.
Continuing education programs that are relevant to recreational therapists may apply. All applications for CEUs must be received at least six weeks prior to the scheduled date of the program. Applications received less than six weeks prior to the program may not be reviewed.
The ATRA CEU Pre Approval and Planning Guide (see document below at the bottom of the page) will assist you in applying for Category A and Category B CEUs for recreational therapists. Please read the information thoroughly to ensure compliance with standards and appropriate provision of information. Sample forms and documentation are included for your use. Granting CEUs requires that certain criteria and guidelines be met.
