The District of Columbia (DC) has achieved RT licensure! We extend our gratitude to ATRA member, Charles Bond, for his efforts and dedication that led to this accomplishment. You can read the bill HERE on page 23 that includes recreational therapy as requiring a license to practice in DC! There will be details to follow on the processing of licenses and please contact Charles Bond with questions.
